Heavy Duty Baraban Front Squat and Zercher Squat Harness. Made in Austria by Robert Baraban. This harness is great for training both the Front Squat and Zercher Squat. Allows athletes to continue to train the squat with arm or shoulder injuries. Works the quads like nothing else.

3 bar positions: 2 for front squat and 1 for Zercher Squat.
