The new heavy duty foam Repboard product will allow you to focus your training on a specific section of a bench press.
They are durable, compact and comfortable to use and are simple to attach to your chest and vary in height so you no longer need a team of people to help you train.
The base board gives a height of 2.5" or 62mm and each board add 1.5" or 40mm. Each set comes with base board and 3 add on boards. giving a max height of 182mm.
These are the Pro Repboards which can take up to 240kg.
