Pictured second down - 6' Steel bar with an approx 200kg max loading and a 30mm knurled grip (bar weighs approx 14kg);
Pictured third down - 5' Steel bar with an approx 200kg max loading and a 30mm knurled grip (bar weighs approx 11kg);
