York Black Training Solid Rubber Disc - 450mm Diameter.

These training discs are made with pulverized rubber and provide excellent flooring protection. The rubber is combined with a polymer adhesive which is moulded using a high-intensity heat compression technique. Reinforced 2- inch steel centre bronze sleeve.

Ideal for Olympic Training and Overhead lifting
