A robust heavy duty flat bench designed specifically for competition benching. Dual Position adjustable stands with plastic centering rollers to get bar just right.

Bench pad is 30cm wide, 45cm off the ground and  124cm long. Stands end measures 120cm.

Resistance band pins are optional so please request when ordering.
