A simplified design to allow you to perform Glute/Ham raises .

Some people refer to this type of exercise as Nordic Hamstring Curls either way our bench will provide a stable platform to work from. If you need an extra challenge then we have added resistance band hooks so that you can increase the pain as necessary.

Measures 50cm wide x 110cm long.
