- Easy to introduce flat/incline bench on wheels; - Locating hooks to position the bench in 1 of 3 positions designed to cater for flat or inclined bench training; - Fixed spotter plates so you can help the lifter on the bench; - Clear space within rack for safe squating with bench removed
