In the past decade or so, positive resistance bands have been gaining in popularity for their relatively low cost and the flexibility they can bring to your training programmes.

The quality of rubber used within Pullum Resistance bands is equal to or better in quality than other bands available on the market today.

  • Different pound resistances are primarily determined by the alternating widths and thicknesses of each kind of band.

We strongly recommend that all bands are carefully checked before they are used, as repeated use or rubbing against objects can create a weak spot in the band which may result in breakage.
