Rig up an almost limitless number of setups for chinning and climbing manoeuvres with our Endless Loops. Hang them from a chinning bar, rafter or tree branch, clip in at any level, and do regular pull-ups; floor pull-ups a la Brad Johnson; and ring flyes or push-ups. Their versatility doubles or triples when combined with our Daisy Chains and/or Large Carabiners: clip or girth hitch the loops together for longer spans and clip in the Daisy Chains for short intervals. Add in some grip tools and your imagination--or have a copy of Bodyweight Exercises at hand--and the sky's the limit.
