If you want to build your grip or your forearm muscles then take a look at the Pullum Blaster. Available in either 43mm or 50mm diameters so that you can get a bar which suits your hand size the knurledgrip will ensure you can get and keep your grip .
To use this you simply roll or unroll the connected rope which can hold a loading pin and any amount of weight.
Our Blaster package comes with a 1" loading pin and a free chrome weight between 1kg and 14kg. Just specify what you would prefer with your order and we will ship the weight closest.
