Returns

Before sending anything back to us - you need to contact us to obtain a Returns Number and email your return request to custserv@pullumsports.com. This is essential for processing your return and ensuring a record of your request, you must then include this returns number (on a copy of the invoice) and send it back along with your goods for a refund within 28 days of receipt of goods.

Goods must be new/unused condition with no blemishes, defects or parts missing, and in their original packaging (which must not show any damage nor be defaced in any way).

Any used goods/products, ones which are not in original packaging, or which are outside of the 28 day timeframe will not be accepted.

Items which are ordered in especially for customers or which are made to order (all Pullum branded Gym Equipment) are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Custom made equipment or clothing are non -refundable.
